Returns Policy & Process
Artistry Coffee hope that you will be truly satisfied with your purchase, however if you have a change of mind, you have 14 days to return it*.
Please email us at
stating the reason for your return and we will email you a returns form.
The returned item must be returned in its original packaging and condition for a full refund of the cost of the item to be granted.
Please ensure the returns form is included with the item to ensure we can process your refund correctly.
Do note however that the customer will be responsible for meeting all costs of the original delivery, and the cost of return.
Artistry Coffee are not able to accept returns on Coffee (Beans or Ground).
If goods are faulty on arrival you have 30 days* to return them.
However Artistry Coffee do ask that you notify us at
within 3 days of receipt of the item notifying us of the fault.
We will email you a returns form if appropriate - please ensure this returns form is included with the item to ensure we can process any refund correctly.
Artistry Coffee will reimburse a reasonable cost of returning the item in line with our usual courier however please ensure you include proof of postage within the parcel to enable us to reimburse the correct amount.
Please note that after 30 days - if the item had a fault present at the time of purchase, within 6 months you can ask for the item to be repaired or replaced, or in some cases a refund may be appropriate. Please contact us with full details.
* Outside these specified dates refunds or replacements are regrettably not possible.
Cancelling an order
If an order is cancelled before dispatch Artistry Coffee will issue a full refund.
After dispatch, but within the terms above, Artistry Coffee will issue a refund for the cost of the returned item once the item has been returned to us in its original packaging and condition - however you will be liable to pay all costs of the original delivery, and the cost of return.
