The quality of the coffee from such a beneficial area gives notes of cherry, plum and berries and is reaised by floral rose tones which coombine to give flavour remeniscient of Turkish Delight.Complex grape-like acidity and a coated mouthfeel generate a sweet intensity.

Redemption Roasters commenced operations in Aylesbury Young Offenders Prison with a mission to help reduce re-offending rates by skilling up the young people to help them find jobs and reintegrate into society. They are trained in competition-level barista skills.
The project has now expanded to 9 prisons and now also has an enlarged roastery facility in HMP The Mount near Hemel Hempstead.
Small batches of beans are expertly roasted led by a Head Roaster and Assistant Roaster who also train professional roasting skills. So not only is the coffee ethically sourced but the roasting process is socially responsible too.
